As an Associate Education Developer, you will support webinars, bootcamps, podcasts, and digital learning content that help customers maximize the value of their BMC Helix solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Learning teams, you'll help deliver impactful learning experiences and support day-to-day program operations.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Learning & Enablement Coordinator to support our growing global education and enablement organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Learning & Development, Customer Success, Enablement, Program Management, or Operations.
You will help coordinate customer education programs, bootcamps, webinars, podcasts, and enablement activities while supporting content management, customer engagement, and day-to-day learning operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning programs, bootcamps, webinars, events, and customer enablement initiatives.
- Support podcast production, webinar editing, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain and update learning materials, presentations, social media assets, and enablement content.
- Manage learner registrations, program records, CRM updates, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IT skills with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office
- Email and calendar management experience (Outlook or Gmail)
- Basic content creation and editing
- Creating presentations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Understanding of social media and digital communications
