BMC Helix, Inc. and its Affiliates (“Helix”) place a high priority on protecting personal data, in accordance with Helix’s data protection policies and applicable data protection regulations.

The Helix Job Search website collects your personal data for employment recruitment purposes and, if you are hired by Helix, for purposes relating to your employment, to pursue Helix legitimate business interest in selecting and hiring its future employees. You may use this site to search for Helix job postings, create a personal account, apply for a job, upload your resume, and perform other job search functions.

The sort of information we will process includes your application form and references, correspondence with or about you, contact details and records relating to your career history, such as training records.

Much of the information we will hold will be provided by you, but some may come from external sources, such as recruitment agencies or referees. Your personal data may be accessed by recruiters, Human Resources ("HR") personnel, hiring managers and others responsible for evaluating candidates on behalf of Helix.

Your personal data may be stored in the United States and other locations outside of the United States where Helix does business. Helix complies with the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the Information Commissioner’s Office, for transfers of personal information to third countries

Helix uses the services of Avature LLC (“Avature”) for recruitment purposes, including the hosting of the Helix Job Search website. Helix may share your personal data with external agencies to assist in evaluating candidates. These agencies are to use your personal data for purposes only relating to employment opportunities at Helix. Agencies entrusted with your personal data are to treat your data as confidential and take security and technical measures to protect it and prevent it from unauthorized disclosure.

Helix takes appropriate security measures to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data and to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure. This includes maintaining appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to secure your personal data.

Your personal information will be retained for a period of no longer than 24 months from the date of your inclusion in the database, except if you expressly authorize Helix to retain your information with a view to a further job opportunity.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Helix, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.

We use AI technology to support parts of our recruitment process, but people—not algorithms—make all final hiring decisions. AI may assist with tasks like scheduling, screening for role alignment, or helping us manage large volumes of applications more efficiently. However, candidates are reviewed by a member of our recruitment team, and interviews and hiring decisions are always made by people. We’re committed to ensuring that technology enhances fairness, efficiency, and the candidate experience—never replaces genuine human judgment.
