As part of our Customer Success Education team, you'll coordinate global learning programs, collaborate with industry experts, leverage innovative technologies including AI-powered learning solutions, and create engaging experiences that help customers and employees build critical skills.
The QA Engineer in the Product Education team is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, usability, and functionality of customer learning content, hands-on labs, eLearning modules, training environments, and certification materials for Helix products. The role involves validating educational deliverables from both a technical and learner experience perspective. The ideal candidate should possess strong QA/testing expertise along with exposure to enterprise software products, automation tools, LMS platforms, and technical training environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and test eLearning courses, instructor-led training content, labs, and simulations.
  • Perform functional, usability, compatibility, and regression testing for training platforms and educational applications. 
  • Verify technical accuracy of course material, lab guides, exercises. 
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, editor, and portfolio managers to ensure content quality. 
  • Execute manual and automated test cases for learning assets and environments. 
  • Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools such as Jira or Asana 
  • Conduct cross-browser and multi-device testing for learning platforms. 
  • Support release validation for product education updates and certification programs. 
  • Contribute to QA process improvements, automation initiatives, and testing standards. 
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum sessions and provide QA status updates
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Software QA, Learning QA, or Product Validation. 
  • Experience with manual and automation testing methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors. 
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools. 6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing and SCORM/xAPI standards. 
  • Experience in Product Education, Technical Training, or eLearning QA. 
  • Exposure to virtualization, Kubernetes, cloud labs, or enterprise IT products. 
  • Experience validating multimedia content, videos, and simulations. 
  • ISTQB or relevant QA certification is a plus.

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,737,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
