As part of our Customer Success Education team, you'll coordinate global learning programs, collaborate with industry experts, leverage innovative technologies including AI-powered learning solutions, and create engaging experiences that help customers and employees build critical skills.
The Product Education team is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, usability, and functionality of customer learning content, hands-on labs, eLearning modules, training environments, and certification materials for Helix products. The role involves validating educational deliverables from both a technical and learner experience perspective. The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to enterprise software products, automation tools, LMS platforms, and technical training environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • 3+ years working with global enterprise LMS (Docebo strongly preferred) and learning tools and applications (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, and Storyline)
  • Solve player/shell level, SCORM, and browser compatibility issues 
  • Perform content loading, set up, testing, and troubleshooting in order to ensure flawless integration of all courseware. 
  • Create SCORM, AICC compliant packages for customers 
  • Provide LMS settings to developers to publish web-based courses 
  • Manage centralized administration & hosting of e- learnings/ WBTs, Instructor led trainings 
  • Testing web-based trainings on LMS 
  • Ability to understand the customer LMS requirement & customize the SCORM package as required. 
  • Make courses and exams live on LMS
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • BCA/MCA/B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in computer education from reputed college 
  • LMS standards like SCORM 1.2, 2004 and AICC. 
  • Expert in developing front-end Web application, building rich Internet applications with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery, XML, Action script, AJAX, Flash, CSS, web services, DHTML, ASP.NET, Web applications, HTML5 
  • Good experience in responsive Web Designing, and Adaptive Web Designing

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,737,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
