Senior Agentic AI Product Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Product Developer to join the Helix Agentic AI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling next-generation AI agents and multi-agent systems that solve complex enterprise use cases. This role requires hands-on experience building sophisticated AI products beyond basic chatbot implementations, including multi-agent collaboration, autonomous task execution, harness engineering solutions, enterprise workflow automation, and complex AI system design. The candidate should be comfortable operating at both the architecture and implementation levels, driving innovation in enterprise Agentic AI platforms and shaping the future of AI-powered products.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end AI systems involving planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory management, orchestration, and workflow automation.
  • Build and optimize multi-agent ecosystems using A2A communication patterns and MCP.
  • Design and implement advanced RAG architectures including hybrid search, reranking, knowledge graphs, contextual retrieval, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Build multimodal AI capabilities spanning text, documents, images, and audio.
  • Drive AI agent development using LangGraph, LangChain, and related frameworks.
  • Integrate AI agents with platforms such as Copilot Studio and Vertex AI Studio.
  • Optimize prompts, retrieval quality, agent reasoning, and LLM performance.
  • Establish best practices around scalability, security, observability, governance, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver Agentic AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and modern AI architectures.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing production-scale Agentic AI systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP and A2A communication frameworks.
  • Experience in Agentic Harness engineering solutions like Deep Agents or OpenAI Codex.
  • Strong experience building multi-agent systems involving orchestration, planning, memory, tool calling, and workflow automation.
  • Deep understanding of Advanced RAG architectures and retrieval techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and LLM optimization.
  • Experience integrating AI agents with AI studios such as Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering and AI response optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
Not Looking For
  • Engineers focused primarily on basic prompt creation or chatbot development.
  • Full stack or Backend or Python developers without AI foundational experience.
  • Engineers limited to simple RAG chatbot implementations.
  • Developers without hands-on experience in multi-agent or Agentic AI systems.
  • Candidates lacking production-scale AI deployment and architecture experience.
Required Experience
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
  • 4+ years of experience in AI, NLP or Machine learning solutions with strong python proficiency.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Multi Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,841,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
