Serve as the finance advisor to the DSOM (Digital Service and Operations Management) Business Unit, support Business Unit Bookings, Revenue and Operating Expense Forecasts including Personnel, Professional Fees, OEM royalties and Public Cloud costs, support during annual planning and strategic long range planning exercises; Provides support during annual planning cycle (Zero Based Budgeting) for BU Bookings, Revenue and OPEX/Headcount in collaboration with BU Leaders; Supports quarterly On-Premise to SaaS migrations review and reporting to identify customers converting from On-Premise to SaaS licensing model. Conduct annual Portfolio Life Cycle analysis to identify and report different life stages of product pillars and their Expense to Revenue ratios; Drives enhancement of functional policies, procedures and business practices that improve efficiency and transparency within the function; Communicates results and recommendations to management and the business supporting complex data management, analysis, and interpretation; Helps business clients understand the financial impact of their business decisions with accompanying analytics; Supports as subject matter expert for product finance data and reporting for cross-functional business partners; Assists with ad-hoc analysis and data mining efforts, whenever required; Recommends and implements process improvements using technical solutions; and Cross trains team members. 

Hybrid work within commuting distance of HQ.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting or Finance or related and 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS software financial analysis.

5 years of experience to include:

  • Utilizing enterprise SaaS software financial principles and accounting/ budgeting practices to advise business partners and support decision making processes;
  • Leveraging core finance business processes for an enterprise SaaS software company to ensure timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly Business Reviews, close processes & SOX controls;
  • Utilizing financial planning software tools to update the budgets and forecasts for data retrieval and management reporting;
  • Utilizing Excel to create advanced forecasting and planning models;
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations for financial reporting; and
  • Utilizing data visualization tools.
