The Community Engagement team plays a critical role in driving customer adoption, advocacy, and retention through BMC’s digital community. As a Senior Community Manager, you will lead strategic engagement and advocacy initiatives that foster active participation and customer influence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to scale community-led growth and deliver measurable business impact. This is an exciting opportunity to combine program leadership, data-driven insights, and customer-centric strategy.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Helix's and your own success:

  • Lead and scale community engagement initiatives such as gamification, lifecycle campaigns, and Champions programs to drive adoption and retention
  • Build and expand customer advocacy programs, enabling peer influence, storytelling, and increased participation across key product areas
  • Manage end-to-end community operations including onboarding, engagement, and contributor development to ensure a vibrant community experience
  • Own the Ideas and feedback lifecycle, ensuring effective triage, alignment with product teams, and transparency to customers
  • Track and analyze engagement KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance participation and advocacy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams to align community initiatives with business priorities
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • 6–8 years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or digital program management
  • Proven experience running advocacy programs (e.g., Champions, super users) and driving engagement initiatives
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into program improvements
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively
  • Experience with community platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Khoros, Gainsight, or similar
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments is preferred
  • Strong program management, analytical thinking, and a customer-first mindset

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,398,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
