- Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS platform, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal learner experience.
- Configure courses, learning plans, catalogues, certifications, enrollments, audiences, groups, branches, and user permissions.
- Manage learner lifecycle activities including user provisioning, access management, troubleshooting, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain LMS governance standards, documentation, naming conventions, and platform configuration best practices.
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to deploy and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning content.
- Publish and update eLearning modules, videos, assessments, certifications, and learning journeys.
- Configure learning paths, prerequisites, completion rules, automated enrollments, and learner notifications.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and validation prior to content launches.
- Develop and maintain LMS dashboards and reports to measure training participation, completion, certification status, and learning effectiveness.
- Analyze learner engagement trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support leadership reporting and business reviews with accurate training metrics and insights.
- Leverage Docebo reporting and Advanced Insights capabilities to improve learning visibility and adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, completion, and reporting issues.
- Create knowledge articles, job aids, and administrator documentation.
- Support large-scale enablement programs including onboarding, certifications, product launches, and global training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate LMS processes and improve learner experience.
- Stay current on Docebo features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
- Partner with system owners and cross-functional teams on integrations, platform upgrades, and process improvements.
- 5+ years of Learning Management System administration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Docebo administration experience preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale learning programs and learning content deployment.
- Strong understanding of LMS structures, learning plans, certifications, catalogue management, and user administration.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
