- Lead and scale key programs like Critical Situations (CritSits) and Heal Desk to ensure timely mitigation of customer risks
- Drive structured risk governance by conducting reviews, defining mitigation strategies, and enabling adoption of risk frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex customer challenges
- Deliver field enablement through playbooks, training, and tools to drive consistent execution
- Manage dashboards and executive reporting to provide insights into risk trends, mitigation progress, and renewal forecasts
- Act as a customer advocate to influence priorities and accelerate resolution of critical issues
- 6–8 years of experience in program management or risk operations
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive execution
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS environments and experience managing complex incidents
- Hands-on experience with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and risk analytics platforms
- Project management certification preferred; ITIL experience or certification is a plus
- Strong program management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work across teams
