The CS Risk Programs team drives customer retention and long-term success by proactively identifying and mitigating risks using predictive analytics and AI-driven insights. As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, orchestrate cross-functional programs, and act as a strong customer advocate to resolve complex challenges. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful outcomes. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong execution, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Helix's and your own success:

  • Lead and scale key programs like Critical Situations (CritSits) and Heal Desk to ensure timely mitigation of customer risks
  • Drive structured risk governance by conducting reviews, defining mitigation strategies, and enabling adoption of risk frameworks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex customer challenges
  • Deliver field enablement through playbooks, training, and tools to drive consistent execution
  • Manage dashboards and executive reporting to provide insights into risk trends, mitigation progress, and renewal forecasts
  • Act as a customer advocate to influence priorities and accelerate resolution of critical issues
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in program management or risk operations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive execution
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS environments and experience managing complex incidents
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and risk analytics platforms
  • Project management certification preferred; ITIL experience or certification is a plus
  • Strong program management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work across teams

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
