What Are We Looking For?

As our sales organization scales, the Staff Sales Operations Analyst drives strategic alignment, operational excellence, and scalable transformation across the GTM ecosystem.

This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of GTM-O initiatives, enabling process governance, automation, and data-driven decision-making at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering with BOMs and cross-functional teams to improve sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.

Success requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and a strategic mindset to influence decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Drive Revenue Operations Excellence
    • Own end-to-end pipeline management, forecasting rigor, and compensation tracking with a strong business partnering mindset
    • Lead initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, and overall revenue performance
  • Strategic Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership, translating data into actionable business insights
    • Collaborating with the GTM-O CoE Manager to align operations with revenue goals and strategic priorities
    • Partner with leadership to convert strategy into scalable operational frameworks
  • GTM-O Strategy Execution & Governance
    • Drive execution of GTM-O strategy aligned to business objectives and revenue targets
    • Lead governance forums, QBRs/MBRs, and stakeholder reviews to drive accountability and performance
    • Establish and enforce SOPs, process governance, and compliance standards
  • Operational Ownership & Scalability
    • Oversee key operations including territory planning, quota management, and revenue reconciliation
    • Standardize workflows and scale best practices across regions and teams
    • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across GTM operations
  • Analytics & Reporting (SFDC + BI)
    • Build and own Salesforce (SFDC) reports, dashboards, and pipeline views as a power user
    • Independently create analytical outputs using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) without reliance on technical teams
    • Leverage data to generate insights that drive decision-making and business impact
  • Revenue & Data Integrity
    • Perform monthly and quarterly revenue reconciliation between financial systems and Salesforce
    • Identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions, and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • AI & Automation Enablement
    • Drive adoption of AI-led tools and automation to improve forecasting, pipeline analytics, and seller productivity
    • Champion an AI-first approach to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
    • Work closely with global (US-based) sales leaders in a high-ownership, independent capacity
    • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through data-backed insights
    • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Finance, GFC, and Partner teams
  • Problem Solving & Leadership
    • Solve complex business challenges using data-driven and analytical approaches
    • Mentor team members and contribute to capability building within the function
  • Preferred / Good to Have Skills
    • Experience with Hyperscaler and marketplace operations (AWS, GCP, OCI)
    • Exposure to SaaS marketplace deal management, including private offers
    • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau
    • Working knowledge of automation tools and scripting (VBA, Python) to drive efficiency

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • 8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS business models is a plus

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
