As our sales organization scales, the Staff Sales Operations Analyst drives strategic alignment, operational excellence, and scalable transformation across the GTM ecosystem.

This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of GTM-O initiatives, enabling process governance, automation, and data-driven decision-making at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, partnering with BOMs and cross-functional teams to improve sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.

Success requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and a strategic mindset to influence decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC Helix and your own success:
  • Collaborate with the GTM-O CoE Manager to identify and drive operational improvements and productivity gains for the BOMs
  • Drive GTM-O strategy execution aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into scalable operational frameworks
  • Lead initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM-O and Sales leadership
  • Lead governance forums, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Finance, GFC, and Partner teams
  • Establish and enforce process governance, SOPs, and compliance standards
  • Oversee key operations including territory planning, quota management, and revenue reconciliation
  • Standardize workflows and scale best practices across regions
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Enable automation and AI-led efficiencies to enhance seller productivity
  • Solve complex business problems and mentor team members
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights for decision-making
  • Perform monthly/quarterly revenue reconciliation between financial systems and CRM (Salesforce), identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • 8+ years in Sales Operations / Business Operations with demonstrated leadership impact
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and govern scalable processes and SOP frameworks (ISO exposure is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional, and change-driven organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and large data analysis, with hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics to drive efficiency and scalability

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
