Growth Account Manager

Position Summary:
As a Growth Account Manager, you will accelerate revenue growth through a combination of new business development and strategic account expansion. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities while cultivating and growing relationships within an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hunting for new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and uncovering expansion opportunities within established accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development (Hunter)
Identify, prospect, and engage net-new customers within target markets and industries. 
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner relationships. 
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer business challenges and align solutions to their objectives. 
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. 
Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.

Account Growth & Retention 
Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers and key stakeholders. 
Develop account plans to drive customer adoption, expansion, and long-term value. 
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. 
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers. 
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience, to include closing deals
Proven success in both new logo acquisition and account growth. 
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. 
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding quota. 
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 
Preferred
Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or ITSM solutions. 
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. 
Experience engaging with executive buyers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and business leaders. 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
