- Lead and scale community engagement initiatives such as gamification, lifecycle campaigns, and Champions programs to drive adoption and retention
- Build and expand customer advocacy programs, enabling peer influence, storytelling, and increased participation across key product areas
- Manage end-to-end community operations including onboarding, engagement, and contributor development to ensure a vibrant community experience
- Own the Ideas and feedback lifecycle, ensuring effective triage, alignment with product teams, and transparency to customers
- Track and analyze engagement KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies to enhance participation and advocacy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success teams to align community initiatives with business priorities
- 6–8 years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or digital program management
- Proven experience running advocacy programs (e.g., Champions, super users) and driving engagement initiatives
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into program improvements
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively
- Experience with community platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Khoros, Gainsight, or similar
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments is preferred
- Strong program management, analytical thinking, and a customer-first mindset
