- Collaborate with the GTM-O CoE Manager to identify and drive operational improvements and productivity gains for the BOMs
- Drive GTM-O strategy execution aligned with business and revenue goals
- Partner with leadership to translate strategy into scalable operational frameworks
- Lead initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to GTM-O and Sales leadership
- Lead governance forums, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Finance, GFC, and Partner teams
- Establish and enforce process governance, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Oversee key operations including territory planning, quota management, and revenue reconciliation
- Standardize workflows and scale best practices across regions
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Enable automation and AI-led efficiencies to enhance seller productivity
- Solve complex business problems and mentor team members
- Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights for decision-making
- Perform monthly/quarterly revenue reconciliation between financial systems and CRM (Salesforce), identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions
- 8+ years in Sales Operations / Business Operations with demonstrated leadership impact
- Proven ability to design, implement, and govern scalable processes and SOP frameworks (ISO exposure is a plus)
- Strong analytical, financial, and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience working across global, cross-functional, and change-driven organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Strong proficiency in Excel and large data analysis, with hands-on Salesforce experience
- Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics to drive efficiency and scalability
