BMC Helix is looking for an Education Delivery Representative (EDR) to play a critical role in driving successful learning outcomes for our customers. This position directly contributes to business impact by ensuring effective training delivery, customer engagement, and revenue realization.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to Helix’s and your own success:

• Act as a single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams for all Helix Learning delivery needs
• Understand customer requirements and build/adjust training plans based on Learning Pass Credits and subscriptions
• Drive training consumption and backlog utilization to meet revenue, margin, and delivery goals
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to ensure timely setup of training classes across regions and solutions
• Manage end-to-end training logistics including registrations, onboarding, and delivery readiness
• Support creation of training proposals, quotes, agendas, and contractual documents (SoWs, LPCs, etc.)
• Monitor subscription usage and ensure customers complete training before expiry timelines
• Proactively identify risks, delivery issues, and learning opportunities, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to maximize learning impact and revenue opportunities
• Maintain forecasting, reporting, and backlog tracking aligned to revenue targets

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Strong understanding of customer-facing delivery and training coordination in a tech environment
• Ability to gather requirements, plan training journeys, and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and delivery management
• Good knowledge of learning solutions and ability to articulate their value to customers
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve delivery-related challenges proactively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to timelines, reporting, and forecasting
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify upsell/attach opportunities
• Capability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Customer Success teams

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,180,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
