- Platform Management & Integrations: Configure, manage, monitor and maintain core marketing technology tools (including Asana, 6Sense, Qualified, LeanData, and Swoogo), ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized integrations across sales and marketing systems.
- User Management & Training: Manage user access, permissions, and license allocations— while training and supporting team members on platform usage and best practices, including trouble shooting and documentation.
- Tool Performance & Optimization: Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to monitor platform performance, evaluate usage, and recommend workflow improvements or new tools.
- Data Integrity & Lead Routing: Ensure data hygiene across systems. Lead routine audits and cleanup of contact, account, and campaign data. Ensure accurate contact-to-account matching. Support testing and validation of lead routing enhancements.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor critical integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LeanData, Swoogo) to ensure seamless connectivity, quickly investigating and resolving system issues or sync errors. Asana Administration: Serve as the primary Asana administrator, designing and scaling custom intake forms, automated project workflows, and blueprints to streamline team execution.
- Advanced Go-To-Market: Build and manage 6Sense audience workflows, data enrichment processes, and assist in configuring and training Qualified conversational AI agents.
- Website Optimization: Improve web pages, user flows, navigation, conversion paths and more, making detailed recommendations
- Digital Project Delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams (design, content, web development, etc) to run digital projects and execute improvements, applying strong digital acumen
- UX Research & Analytics: Conduct research, examine and interpret data, uncover opportunities for improving our digital experiences, and clearly present findings
- Stay Current: On MarTech and digital strategy trends as well as emerging tools.
- Proven experience: 7+ years of experience spanning Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, or martech-heavy digital roles managing and operating platforms in support of sales and/or marketing.
- MarTech & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity administering core marketing and operations platforms (e.g., 6sense, LeanData, Asana, HubSpot, Qualified or similar equivalents) and technical elements of CRMs like Salesforce.
- Web & UX Tools: Prefer familiarity with at least some analytics tools, heatmapping, CRO, or user research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox, Maze, UserTesting).
- Technical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automated data workflows across platforms.
- Application: Not just thinking of systems, but how people use systems and how they interconnect and affect one another, with mindset for optimization.
- Data & Research Mindset: Analytical, self-directed, and detail-oriented. Comfortable conducting research, interpreting data, and presenting clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong communication and documentation skills. You possess deep empathy for end-users and stakeholders alike.
- Enthusiasm: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically while being adaptable and eager to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, UX, HCI) or equivalent practical experience.
- Geography: Good schedule overlap with USA working hours is critical.
- Experience configuring and training AI agents, especially Qualified.
- Prior experience in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
- Documented measurable success in optimizing websites.
